Return Policy

You have (7) days from the date your merchandise is delivered to you to return your in stock, full priced item for a refund. Any returns received after this period will be issued a store credit only. Store credits must be used within (90) days of issuance. NO returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued after the item has been in your possession for 30 days or more.

Pre-order items can not be returned as these are considered "special order". Please check size charts and follow the measurements. 

NO returns on Holiday items. 

Shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable.

Once an item is shipped and the mail carrier (USPS or UPS) is in possession of the package, OBOS is not responsible for delays or lost mail.   We will do everything we can to help you file a claim with USPS or UPS, but unfortunately we have no control over the handling of packages once they are out of our possession. 

Due to hygiene reasons all accessories (including hats and headbands), jewelry, intimates, bralettes, etc are final sale. Sale items are also FINAL SALE.

All return must be in new, unused and unaltered condition (IE: no deodorant markings, make-up, staining, odd smells, animal hair, etc.) You'd be surprised what we see! Tags must also be attached. 

We reserve the right to decline any return if it does not meet the aforementioned qualifications. Your item will be returned to you and no refund or store credit will be issued.

To initiate a return please contact us at customerservice@obrotherosisterboutique.com. In your email please include your full name, order number and reason for return. You will be contacted for return authorization. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Due to a high turnover of products we do not accept exchanges at this time.
